Last Friday, Paris Hilton was arrested for the alleged possession of cocaine that was found inside her purse.

But Hilton had an explanation for Las Vegas police. A police officer said, “She had not seen it but now thought it was gum.”

At first, the American socialite denied that the pouch was hers. She asserted that she just borrowed it from her friend.

It turned out that the little pouch that fell out of Hilton’s purse contained .8 grams of cocaine and now Hilton faces felony-drug possession charges.

This was the third drug-related incident involving Hilton this summer.

It seems like Hilton has too many excuses every time she’s caught by the police.

But one thing is true, less than a gram of cocaine was found in her purse.

Except Bryan Cranston who received the outstanding actor in a drama award for the third consecutive year. Wow! A Grand Slam for Cranston.
He expressed his gratitude by saying, “I’m so humbled and amazed to be in your company.”

Edie Falco claimed outstanding actress in a comedy for Nurse Jackie and Jim Parsons won outstanding actor in a comedy for The Big Bang Theory.

A special award “Bob Hope Humanitarian Award” was bestowed to George Clooney for his humanitarian activities.
