Finally! Lindsay Lohan Freed From Rehab-Linday Lohan was discharged in UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Hospital on Tuesday after serving her jail term and three weeks of rehab stay.

The judge had originally ordered Lohan to three months of in-patient treatment as part of her sentence for violating probation in a drunk-driving case.

Lohan’s jail sentence had been cut short from three months to 13 days due to good behavior and overcrowding.

According to a source, “She’s out and doing really well.”

The 24-year-old actress is now in UCLA’s outpatient program, which has strict rules for patients.

UCLA patient stated: “The outpatient program is just like the inpatient program, except you get to go home at night.”

On Wednesday morning, a hearing is set at a Beverly Hills courtroom with a new judge, Elden Fox.

Lindsay Lohan Freed From Prison-On July 20, Lindsay Lohan had entered the jail after violating her probation on a drunk-driving charge in 2007.

But after serving 13 days in jail Lohan has been released in the early hours of Monday morning at exactly 1:35.

The 24-year-old actress has been sent directly to her next destination, which is the rehabilitation center at Orange County.

Lohan is now under the supervision of Los Angeles County probation. She’s expected to stay in the rehabilitation center for three-months for violating her probation. However, the judge changed her mind and reduced Lohan’s 90-days sentence.

If Lindsay Lohan violates any rules during her treatment, the judge could send her back in jail.
