Little League World Series 2010: Japan VS Hawaii on Championship Match 0
Williamsport, PA. – The championship matches held today ended in favor of Japan and Hawaii.
Early this afternoon, the International championship of Little League World Series was held. Japan took the title after beating the Chinese Taipei in the extra inning, 3-2. It was a dramatic action after Japan made a comeback and push the game to extra inning after a tie of 2-2. Ryo Motegi hit a two-out grounder through the infield to lead Japan for the championship.
In the second game, boys of Hawaii are unstoppable in their game. After gaining the momentum in a win over Georgia in the past two days that made them to the US championship, the young boys of Hawaii defeated Texas in a 10-0 game.
Japan will face Hawaii on Sunday at 4:00 PM ET for the Little League Championship 2010 title. The game will start at 3:00 PM ET and will be broadcast live on ABC. At 11:00 AM ET, a consolation game will be held between Texas and Chinese Taipei.
