The two men at the heart of the most anticipated rematch of 2010 have met their mandated weight requirements on the eve of their second encounter.

Light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida checked in at 204 pounds for his UFC 113 main event against Mauricio “Shogun” Rua (205) on Saturday at the Bell Centre in Montreal. Machida defeated Rua in a controversial unanimous decision at UFC 104 in October.

The Brazilians were projected to meet again at UFC 108 three months later, but a hand injury suffered by the champion required surgery and forced a delay. UFC 113 Live stream will start at exactly 10:00 PM eastern time!

Unbeaten through 16 professional bouts, Machida knocked out “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 2 winner Rashad Evans at UFC 98 a year ago to become the undisputed king at 205 pounds.

A lot of UFC critics and fans said and predicted that the winner will surely be Rich Franklin. Unfortunately, the critics were wrong. Belfort was undoubtedly and really the winner of the main event of UFC 103. You can watch the UFC 103 replay to see how Vitor Belfort defeated Rich Franklin. He knocked Rich Franklin out on Round 1. They were both great and well-trained fighters, but Vitor is better!
