Campbell’s Former Agent Testifies at a War Crime Trial Over Taylor 0

Campbell’s Former Agent Testifies at a War Crime Trial Over Taylor-Naomi Campbell’s former agent has testified in court on Monday saying that Charles Taylor gave the supermodel diamonds after a dinner in South Africa in 1997.

This statement of Carole White has contradicted Campbell’s testimony last week, who told the court that she didn’t have any idea if it was Taylor who gave her the stones.

According to Carol White, Naomi Campbell and Charles Taylor had been flirting with each other at the dinner party in 1997. Taylor has allegedly told Campbell that he would send some men to give her diamonds.

Ms. White added that Campbell was very excited about the gift “diamonds” and in fact the supermodel was communicating with the men.

Last week, Campbell told the court that in the middle of the night there were two men who gave her the pouch of stones in her room.

Let’s just find out if who is really telling the truth and who is just telling a lie. The truth will prevail.

Former Head of Nelson Mandela’s Charity Received Diamonds From Naomi Campbell 0

Former Head of Nelson Mandela’s Charity Received Diamonds From Naomi Campbell-Jeremy Ractcliffe the former head of Nelson Mandela’s charity testified over the war crime trial against former Liberian President Charles Taylor.

Ractcliff said that he received uncut diamonds from Naomi Campbell on September 26, 1997 on the Blue Train. He was happy to testify at the crime trial and he already turned over the stones to the authorities.

The supermodel affirmed at the trial yesterday that she was given “dirty-looking stones” by two unidentified men after a charity dinner in 1997 hosted by former South African President Nelson Mandela. But she was not certain if it really came from Taylor.

So she suggested donating the stones to Nelson Mandela’s Charity Fund. But Jeremy didn’t want NMCF to get involved in a matter that could possibly be illegal.

Ractcliffe took the diamonds because he thought it might be dangerous for Campbell to take the stones out of the country. So he decided to keep them and one reason that stopped him not to report about the matter was to protect the reputation of Nelson Mandela’s Charity Fund.

But he asserted that neither of the two (Nelson Mandela nor Naomi Campbell) benefitted from the stones.
