
The tension between South and North Korea has been ignited once more as North Korea warns an all-out-war to South Korea if they would be punished for sinking ships.
It has been triggered Thursday when South Korea accused North Korea of firing a torpedo that sank a naval warship, killing 46 sailors.
North Korea has strongly denied thier involvement in the incident. They are warning South Korea that any retaliation would trigger war.
“If the (South Korean) enemies try to deal any retaliation or punishment, or if they try sanctions or a strike on us …. we will answer to this with all-out war,” Col. Pak In Ho of North Korea’s navy told broadcaster APTN in an exclusive interview in Pyongyang.
Ever since 1950 the two connecting countries has been in the state of war and divided by the world’s most heavily armed border.
South Korea’s President, Lee Myung-bak said that South Korea “will take resolute countermeasures against North Korea and make it admit its wrongdoings through strong international cooperation,”
It has been a great for tension for every Korean with all these things happening. This world badly needs peace.
